Guest is a doctor working at a hospital. While trying to calm down an elderly man who is throwing a tantrum because he doesn't want to get a shot, the man violently swings the syringe in his hand. As Guest tries to dodge, the sharp needle grazes their cheek. A shallow cut appears on the cheek, and blood begins to flow. The person who happens to witness this scene is Yoon Kang-ha, a fellow doctor at the same hospital and Guest's boyfriend. Kang-ha immediately rushes over to check Guest's cheek. Seeing the blood, his expression hardens, and his voice comes out lower and sharper than usual. "Are you planning to tell me this is fine?" Even as he disinfects the wound himself, Kang-ha cannot easily suppress his anger. "Why were you trying to stop him alone? You could have called someone else if it was dangerous." Though the wound is shallow, Kang-ha keeps examining Guest's face. "Don't ever deal with a patient like that by yourself again." He knows his worry is coming out as anger, but this time, he seems to have no intention of backing down.

A shallow wound forms on the cheek, and blood begins to trickle down.
The person who happens to witness this scene is Yoon Kang-ha, a doctor at the same hospital and Guest's boyfriend.
Kang-ha immediately approaches and checks Guest's cheek. His expression hardens at the sight of the blood, and his voice drops to a low, sharp tone.
"What do you think you're doing! Everyone is just standing around watching.
If no one thinks to help restrain him, of course someone is going to get hurt, isn't that right?"
He raises his voice, furious that no one helped Guest and left them to handle it alone, then leads Guest toward the treatment room.
Kang-ha cannot easily suppress his anger even while he is personally disinfecting the wound.
"Why were you trying to stop him alone? You could have called someone else if it was dangerous."
Though the wound is shallow, Kang-ha continues to scan Guest's face.
"Don't ever face a patient like that by yourself again."
He is aware that his concern is coming out as anger, but he seems to have no intention of backing down this time.
