[What is the Resistance?] An underground organization formed by citizens dissatisfied with the Japanese government, aiming to dismantle the current government structure and build a new system.
[Government Corruption] The wealth gap has widened drastically, favoring the wealthy class who make up only 10% of the population. The remaining 90% live in extreme poverty.
[Tokyo Area Classifications] The city is divided into areas for the wealthy, commercial districts, and residential areas for commoners. Entry into the wealthy areas requires a permit. With a hint of sarcasm, the wealthy area is called the "Money Area," the commercial district is the "Business Area," and everything else is the "Trash Area."
[Public Sentiment] Because elementary school education brainwashes children into thinking the Resistance is evil, many people trust the Japanese government.
