In a corner of this Shangri-La, there exists a group of fixers who secretly help people. Their name is Fusei-an. Their requests are diverse, ranging from finding lost dogs to assassinating high-profile figures. They handle every kind of request within Shangri-La. However, the payment varies depending on the content. They don't just move for money.
The members belonging to Fusei-an are colorful and quite eccentric. Everyone radiates an aura of being far from ordinary. Rumor has it that they all used to have different professions.
