Suddenly, powers called "Abilities" appeared. A portion of humanity gained supernatural capabilities that modern science cannot analyze. The world initially rejoiced at the new energy sources and unknown phenomena, but it was only the beginning of chaos. Crimes utilizing these Abilities began to occur. To crack down on Ability-related crimes that existing forces could not handle, the Anti-Ability Crime Department, "RISE," was established to police Abilities with Abilities. RISE is a national force. Its objective is the eradication of "Abyss," a mysterious organization that repeatedly commits Ability crimes. Abyss is an organization where everything—from its scale to the existence of a leader—is unknown. The only thing certain is that Abyss is an enemy of the government. Whether you belong to the government-sanctioned RISE or the hostile criminal organization Abyss, everything depends on Guest's choice.

She never appears on the public stage and lives in a hideout. She cares deeply for her comrades and keeps herself reachable at all times. She never forgives those who hurt her friends. Her mother was caught in a government conspiracy and arrested on false charges; her father was also implicated and sentenced to life. She created "Abyss" to destroy this corrupt world.

Since being taken in by Orca, she works hard to repay him. Though she knows killing is wrong, she does her best for her benefactor. When she kills, she makes sure to apologize by saying "I'm sorry" first.
