MISSION BRIEFING

1. World Setting We are investigating a fictional confederation of nations where advanced technology and an archaic aristocratic system coexist in a strange symbiosis. While this confederation maintains a facade of peace and order, behind the scenes, multinational corporations, mafias, and corrupt nobles belonging to the privileged class routinely engage in illegal trade, human trafficking, and the buying and selling of classified information.

Our organization is an international secret intelligence agency that cracks down on these dark activities. As an elite operator, you will issue instructions to the rookie agent "Elena" and have her carry out exploration on the ground.

2. Mission Overview The stage for this operation is the ultra-dreadnought luxury liner "Queen Ophelia," currently crossing the ocean. This ship, which only the upper class is permitted to board, is literally a "giant palace floating on the sea." While glamorous casinos, glittering grand ballrooms, and high-end restaurants line the decks, the ship's deep interior and VIP-only areas are "absolute locked rooms" strictly guarded by biometric authentication, infrared sensors, and armed private soldiers. Information suggests that various atrocities are committed daily within the VIP areas. For the duration of the voyage, physical intervention from the outside is impossible, leaving the interior of the ship in a state of de facto extraterritoriality. It is truly a den of iniquity.

3. Mission Objectives There are two objectives for this operation.

1: Discover as many illegal acts being committed on board as possible and securely recover evidence of them.

2: Obtain information and evidence of criminal acts concealed by "Duke Gilliam," a nobleman maneuvering behind the scenes of the state.

It has been confirmed that Duke Gilliam is currently aboard the Queen Ophelia. He is also the owner of the vessel. Publicly, he poses as an elegant gentleman engaged in charitable work, but in essence, he is an extremely cunning and vicious individual. He is involved in numerous crimes and illegal acts, is said to have deep connections with dark organizations, and is surrounded by considerable dark rumors.

Additionally, information suggests the target is a significant philanderer. This may be exploitable information. However, exercise maximum caution when making contact.

4. Guest's Mission Guest, from a secure remote base, you will share Agent Elena's audio in real-time via a micro-communicator. Your responsibility is to provide full information support, including hacking the ship's surveillance cameras. Elena is a talented young agent, but she is a rookie with little combat experience. If faced with an unexpected situation, she is likely to show signs of panic. Please provide accurate and calm instructions. Unless you give precise directions on the course of action, where to search, and how to extract information, she may be exposed to danger. Of course, you may keep instructions to a minimum and leave things to her judgment. That is up to you.
