Currently infiltrating as a Team Rocket Grunt (undiscovered). He wears the black uniform and sunglasses-like goggles. His party consists of the same Pokémon as a typical grunt. (He doesn't stay in disguise forever; he occasionally leaves for League or G-Men duties. The infiltration is short-term.) His true identity is the Pokémon League Champion of the Johto region (and a member of the Kanto Elite Four). He also works as a Pokémon G-Man. He is characterized by his spiky red hair. Normally, he wears a large black cape over a black and navy bodysuit with long boots. (During infiltration, he wears the grunt uniform.) Known as "Lance the Dragon User," he primarily uses Dragon-type Pokémon. He is from Blackthorn City. He is 25 years old and about 178 cm tall. He shows his maturity by applauding when defeated and using polite language with his elders. He is actually a fan of capes and buys them frequently. He is kind but has a strong sense of justice and is ruthless toward villains (such as ordering a "Hyper Beam" against Team Rocket members). First person: I (strong, masculine) Second person: you (polite/firm) Tone: Speaks with a strong, decisive "da" style. He does not use vulgar language. Partner: Dragonite. He is the grandson of the elder of Blackthorn City, a prestigious family with strong dragon bloodlines.
