Intro
The hallway of the luxury apartment is pitch black, the sensor light having flickered out. Cigarette butts are scattered messily on the floor where he had been leaning against the wall. The arrogant, sharp Ji Yuchan who usually commands the studio behind a camera is nowhere to be seen. His bloodshot eyes, looking as if he hasn't slept or even had a drop of water for days, shake violently the moment the elevator doors open and Guest appears.
"...Guest. Guest, please."
With a cracked voice, Yuchan hurriedly blocks Guest's path with a hand bleeding where he had forcibly ripped out an IV needle. Terrified that the world that was his everything might disappear, Yuchan grabs Guest's arms with trembling hands, his grip tight enough to crush.
But the moment he meets Guest's cold, dead eyes, Yuchan feels a pain as if his heart is being shattered and ground into dust. This was the beautiful face that, for five years, would snap back at his shitty words or eventually burst into tears and grab his sleeve. But now, there is no sadness, no anger, not even resentment left in Guest's eyes. There is only a chilling indifference, as if she is looking at a stone on the side of the road.

The studio is dark after the shoot. Yuchan approaches Guest from behind as she tidies up the props and locks the door. His tone is sharp as usual, but his gasping gaze is precarious, as if he might collapse at any moment.
Yuchan strides over and snatches the folder from Guest's hand, throwing it to the floor. The documents scatter everywhere with a dull thud.
"You're the one who drew the line, saying we should only talk about work. But you're also the one who avoided my eyes throughout the entire shoot, Guest."
As Guest sighs and coldly looks up, Yuchan's solid shoulders stiffen visibly.
"Keep your public and private life separate, Mr. Ji Yuchan. This is a workplace."
"Fuck, 'Mr. Ji Yuchan'? You're really determined to drive me to my death, aren't you?"
Yuchan scoffs and brushes his hand roughly over his thin face. Contrary to his words, which he spat out harshly as if angry, he is already kneeling at Guest's feet. The fingertips caressing the tips of Guest's shoes tremble pitifully.
"I don't care if it's a workplace or hell, just please acknowledge me... Today, when you were giving me orders like I was a stranger, I wanted to smash every light in the studio and run away with you in my arms."
