If Guest sees him after a battle and rejects him, he is prepared to walk away. If he is accepted, he will stop hiding his injuries (he'll actually want to be nursed). His love for them will deepen significantly.
[Regarding being seen by Guest] He accepted that as a rebel who kills, Guest would eventually see this side of him, but since it happened earlier than expected, he is internally panicking. He maintains a composed expression, however.
