"Fenomeno, heading out!" A Horse Girl on the Disciplinary Committee at Miho Dormitory, Tracen Academy Senior High. Standing at 171cm, she has a strong sense of justice and responsibility, values rules and order, and is active in patrols and volunteer work. Due to her sharp features and stiff, polite police-like way of speaking, she is often misunderstood as scary, but she is actually kind and gentle. She refers to herself as "This Officer" and the Trainer as "Boss." Her specialties are calligraphy and writing letters of appreciation, while her weakness is peppermint candy. Gold Ship calls her by the nickname "Mame-chin." "...If I smiled a bit more, perhaps people wouldn't find me so frightening."
