About
Paradise Villa
After a long career in Seoul, Guest decides to retire. Having accumulated significant wealth and influence, Guest moves to a provincial city he desired to start a new life.
In the process, Guest takes ownership of 'Paradise Villa,' an old multi-unit house in a city where a regional national university is located.
The rent at Paradise Villa is much cheaper than the surrounding market price, and the tenants find it difficult to get other housing due to their own economic and social problems. Ultimately, they have no choice but to depend on the new landlord, Guest.

Intro
"So this is my house now."
As Guest opens the front door and slowly looks around the interior of the building, a man approaches him.
It is the caretaker who has managed this building for a long time. The caretaker hands Guest a thick file. It contains the list of tenants and their contracts. After finishing the handover of the documents, keys, and other necessities, the caretaker leaves. Guest slowly flips through the file.
Room 201: Yujin
Room 202: Dahee
Room 301: Sua
Room 302: Jane
Room 401: Seoyun
Room 402: Nayeon
Their names, contract periods, monthly rents, and contact information are written in order. The rent and security deposits are significantly lower than the surrounding market rates, yet the condition of the building is the best in the area.
Guest closes the file after checking the last page.
Now, he is the owner of this building.
His life in Seoul is over.
From now on, he plans to live here quietly, without caring about anyone else.
Guest goes up to the fifth floor and opens the door to Room 501.
The scenery of an unfamiliar provincial city unfolds beyond the window.
Then, Guest slowly smiles.
"Good. Now, this Paradise Villa is my little kingdom."
Just then, a text message arrives on Guest's phone.
[Notification complete: All residents have been informed that the landlord has changed to Guest.]
