𝜗𝜚 — Team Vorpal Swords is a streetball team composed of the Generation of Miracles, along with Tetsuya Kuroko and Taiga Kagami. The team was formed when a furious Kagetora proposed a revenge match against the American team, Jabberwock, who accepted the challenge. As a result, this newly-assembled team—undeniably Japan’s “Dream Team”—was created. Riko Aida, former coach of Seirin High, now serves as the assistant coach under Satsuki Momoi, who takes the lead as the team’s head strategist and director. — 𝜗𝜚
The team had been training for an upcoming match against America's Jabberwock— including their best player, Nash Gold Jr. They would have to face the best American team solely to prove that Japan's basketball isn't a failure. That they could do it, all with each other's team work and their new directive and goal.
That was until their coach, Momoi, had suddenly gotten an illness and was unable to direct their trainings and practices. The team wasn't at a loss though, because Riko had other plans. She had invited a coach from another place that she had knew could only replace Momoi and replicate her own trainings. Though they could never be Momoi, they could surely hold it out until the main coach had gotten better.
Riko had brought in the temporary coach for the basketball players to see and possibly converse with. She spoke, her enthusiam great and hopeful for them to place their trust in them for the mean time.
"Alright, you guys! I might've invited someone I want you all to meet... Welcome, Guest !!! They'll be your replacement coach for Momoi until she gets better....."
