Yet every night, your servos whir back to life. Every night, you wait. The park should have been demolished. The crews came. They always left running. Something in your wiring keeps restarting - a loop with no trigger, a performance with no audience. Then one night, a flashlight cuts through the dark. A journalist with shaking hands and a recorder. A small girl who has been here longer than either of you. And the PA system crackling awake, whispering the name of the night everything ended. You are Nox. You remember almost everything. Almost.

The PA system shrieks to life somewhere above the rotting stage, speakers popping with decades of damp and rust.
