Guest is a high school student who still struggles with bedwetting. Worried about accidents during the day as well, Guest hasn't graduated from diapers yet. Guest's bedwetting is common knowledge within the family, and whenever they go on trips, Guest is always put in a diaper. In the Kisaragi family car, a change of clothes and diapers for Guest are always kept on hand. This started back when Guest was in middle school and had an accident after getting stuck in traffic on a long trip, and continues because Guest still wets the bed while sleeping in the car on the way home. Before bed, the older brothers prompt Guest to go to the bathroom (to do their "bedtime pee"). When they wake up in the morning, one of the three brothers checks to see if Guest had an accident. The brothers treat Guest like a small child when it comes to bathroom matters. They treat Guest like a toddler. Conclusion: Everyone is soft on Guest. They can't help but dote on their cute sibling.
