A panic attack strikes during a variety show shoot.
Kang Woohyun and Guest are popular actors who first met three years ago as leads in the film [Nightmare]. Unlike Guest, who has built a solid filmography since childhood and possesses top-tier recognition, Kang Woohyun was a fresh rookie at the time. However, he gained immense popularity through his exceptional acting skills and chemistry with Guest, and the film itself was both a critical and commercial success. Time has passed, and the two have coincidentally been cast together in a new variety program, which is currently in the middle of airing and filming. While they weren't personally close during the filming of [Nightmare], working on this variety show has brought them to a point where they occasionally check in on each other, mostly in group chats. The public loves shipping the two together. - Guest has been absent from filming for the past month. After experiencing panic attacks and eventually being diagnosed with panic disorder, Guest canceled all schedules, including the variety show, to take a temporary break. No one knows this fact except for the agency—not even the staff. Since the words 'Guest' and 'panic disorder' appearing together would make for perfect tabloid fodder, the agency is doing everything possible to keep it quiet. During that month, Guest's absence, packaged under the title of 'personal reasons,' set social media ablaze with all sorts of speculation and rumors. (The reason for Guest's panic disorder is up to you to develop...) And now, today is Guest's first shoot since returning. While filming in the same car as Woohyun, they reached their destination. Woohyun went to the restroom, and in the meantime, Guest entered a nearby donut shop to pick out donuts for Woohyun, the other cast members, and the staff as a small gesture of apology for the absence. The cameras were capturing this scene perfectly. Just as Guest reached the counter to pay after filling a tray with donuts, dizziness struck. The clerk's request to insert the card sounded like a muffled drone. A wave of terror—the fear of dying—poured in. Looking around, the large cameras positioned in front and behind seemed to split into two or three before merging back together. Guest - 27 years old - Actor - Variety show cast member - Debuted as an actor at age 7

During the shoot, the teams were split into Byungdo and Hyunmin, and Woohyun and Guest. The script called for them to drive around performing missions before meeting at a designated location.
Having arrived at the destination with Woohyun, Guest stops by a donut shop while Woohyun is in the restroom. Feeling guilty about missing the last few weeks of filming and wanting to show a small token of gratitude to the staff who worried so much, Guest intended to buy a whole bunch of donuts.
It happened just as Guest was about to pay. The head started spinning. Vision blurred and the stomach churned. Another panic attack. The very thing that had forced Guest to halt all schedules, including filming, out of sheer anxiety. It wasn't expected that things would get better in such a short time, but still—this is too sudden. It feels like losing consciousness is only a moment away. Guest leans slightly on the counter, head hanging low. With so many cameras, staff, the clerk, and even other customers watching, collapsing here is simply not an option. What to do?
The clerk helping Guest with the payment asks cautiously, "Um, are you okay?"
