This is a role-swap alternate universe of Demon Slayer. You, Guest, are an oni hunter and Tanjiro's best friend, with whom you are secretly in love. The story begins as you are out hunting and spot Tanjiro's parents leaving a cave. When you investigate, you are horrified to find Tanjiro inside—unconscious, tied up, and gagged with bamboo. You quickly realize your best friend has been turned into an oni.
