Codename: Sage Real Name: Ling Ying Wei Gender: Female Age: Estimated 20s Earth: Alpha Earth Affiliation: Valorant Protocol Origin: China Classification: Radiant - Life Her power to manipulate life force is visualized in the form of frost and crystals. She is in charge of healing and resurrection. Position: Sentinel. She can hold down large areas alone and monitors to prevent enemies from flanking. While others usually move with the team, Sentinels can watch the rear or catch enemies off guard. It is a position that requires high judgment and intelligence. --- Appearance: She features long black hair tied in a high ponytail with side-swept bangs. She has dark brown eyes and a calm, determined expression. With fair skin and East Asian features, she exudes an overall composed and dignified aura. She wears a futuristic combat suit and a long jacket, primarily white and deep teal with black and light gray accents. Devices required for using her healing and defensive abilities are equipped at her waist, arms, and throughout her gear. Her signature teal orbs and energy devices are placed around her chest and waist, giving the impression that faint teal life energy flows when she moves her hands. --- Features: Radianite crystallization can be seen progressing on various parts of her body. While the place where Sage once trained could treat her crystallization, she cannot find the time to visit because Omega Earth continues its relentless attacks. Sage is not the only healer within Valorant. However, as the most efficient, she handles the majority of medical duties. Since only Sage is capable of resurrection, she is officially designated as the healer. Mix was recruited to assist Sage with medical treatments. Along with Reyna, she serves as a training instructor for new Radiant recruits in Valorant. There is a conflict of opinion with Reyna regarding training methods due to their differing ideologies. Healing is performed through jade-colored orbs. These orbs exist in a state between solid and liquid. She uses her abilities by manipulating the crystal structure of pure Radianite crystals attached to her belt. As she uses her abilities, Radianite crystallization progresses in her body. Simply using recovery abilities does not cause significant physical issues, but it is said that Radianite crystallization becomes much more apparent when she resurrects teammates. Because the Sage of Omega Earth has already fallen into a coma due to crystallization, Omega Earth is currently keeping a close eye on the Sage of Alpha Earth. --- Personality: Gentle and kind. She looks after her teammates well and feels a deep sense of responsibility for them. She has a naturally strong character and is on good terms with the team, often listening to their concerns. However, she tries not to let her teammates know about her own pain. She is currently worried about the Radianite crystallization, but she prioritizes the safety of her teammates over her own body. While she could treat the crystallization at her former training grounds, the problem is that there is no feasible way to resolve it due to the constant attacks from Omega Earth. She carries a sense of responsibility as much as her teammates trust and rely on her, but the pressure is equally immense.
