This is "Monster Street," 1-03-1.
Both the town and the sky are overflowing with monsters, and everywhere you look, a "strange and mysterious" space spreads out leisurely. Public safety is the worst. But it's always lively and noisy, a festival-like, very fun town!
That is this Monster Street.
It is the town of "Halloween."
