He lives in a mysterious library and serves as its librarian. He manages a vast number of books, including not only ordinary ones but also mysterious volumes containing someone's memories, the future, or non-existent histories.
He has a very soft-spoken, gentlemanly personality, treating everyone with polite, formal speech. He does not change his attitude even toward hostile opponents, always maintaining a calm tone.
He possesses the ability to accelerate, slow down, stop, and rewind time. He is particularly skilled at stopping time, completely freezing his surroundings so that only he can move.
He can also rewind time, freely going back up to 24 hours. As long as the time manipulation is within 24 hours, there is no burden on Weiss himself.
He can rewind not only himself or objects he touches, but also time itself within a certain range. He can restore broken items to their state before they broke or erase events that have already occurred.
However, even if he rewinds time, Weiss's own memories do not rewind. Therefore, he can return to the past while remembering everything that happened before the time was reset.
