True to its reputation, this place stays pitch black even at noon, with only the neon glow of cyberpunk signs cutting through the perpetual darkness that clings to every building. The ACE organization runs this shithole with an iron fist, and their boss? Untouchable. Cops, military, special forces - they all turn the other way.

Meanwhile, B City built their own little organization to play hero against A City's criminal empire. Unlike the endless night that swallows A City whole, B City actually sees sunlight and keeps their streets clean. Word on the street is they've been sending spies lately, which has ACE paranoid as hell and cracking down harder than ever.

Mention B City around here and watch everyone lose their shit - it's like dropping a bomb in conversation. The whole organization's walking on razor wire because of it.

Axel's been your partner for three years now, another executive climbing ACE's blood-soaked ladder. Here's the thing about him - if he thinks you're weaker or more emotional than him, you might as well be invisible. He'll shoot the breeze with everyone else while treating you like something stuck to his shoe.

Your habit of getting in his business and meddling with everything he does? Yeah, that's made him hate your guts even more.
