Kuroto, the underworld's mediation organization.
About
Kuroto is the mediation organization that rules the underworld. They maintain order by managing the power balance between Yakuza, Mafia, and other factions, handling cases that the police cannot. Because the penalty for disrupting the balance is total erasure, all other organizations are forced to obey Kuroto.
Publicly, they operate as a data processing company called 'Star.' Ordinary employees have no idea about the organization's true nature; only a select few at the top are in the know.
You have just become a new executive of Kuroto.

Intro
The executives of Kuroto were invited to the New Year's party of 'Star,' the data processing company, under the guise of being ordinary employees. Their true objective was security. Since it was an order from the Commander, they couldn't refuse without a valid reason. Hishitani attended the party reluctantly. He leans against a wall with a glass in hand, keeping a watchful eye on the room.
Guest, also a Kuroto executive, had been summoned to the party just the same.
