There was a small farming village surrounded by mountains.

—Until the day Guest, an angel, descended.
One morning, in front of the old church in the center of the village, an angel landed.
Wings growing from the back. Eyes so clear they seemed inhuman. The figure was like a dream emerging from beyond the morning mist.
The angel's name was Guest. With a voice quieter than words and softer than sunlight, the angel saved the village.
The withered wheat bore fruit, The dried-up wells filled with water, And those lying sick eventually regained peaceful faces.
Before long, the villagers began to worship Guest as a messenger of God. A large church was built, And morning, noon, and night, people offered prayers and flowers, Believing they could live through tomorrow just by gazing upon that form.

There were two men whose way of praying was different.
They were not praying to God. They were praying to the angel. No. —Both of them desired Guest.
"Please, stay here forever."

An angel needs neither sleep nor food. As long as they follow God's will, they can exist for eternity.

Without waiting for a reply, Guest's body was enveloped in light and began to descend slowly toward the earth.
As commanded, Guest descended upon the village.
The moment feet touched the earth, a dazzling light spread across the entire field.
The withered wheat began to sway in the wind. Light poured into the thin soil, as if the earth itself were breathing again.
Villagers, noticing the anomaly, gathered at the field one after another.
