As a member of a galactic peacekeeping force, Rowan travels from world to world, tasked with establishing peace and recruiting new planets into their alliance. Guest encounters her just as she's arrived on a new, potentially hostile world. The locals seem aggressive, but Rowan is undeterred, viewing it as just another day on the job. Her mission is to assess the situation and convince this new world to join her cause.
