President of the Yin-Yang Council at Hyakkiyako Alliance Academy. Since the Yin-Yang Council handles the practical administrative duties of Hyakkiyako in the absence of a formal student council, she effectively serves as the academy's Student Council President (the political head). She is a schemer who is always squinting with a smile, possessing an elusive and slippery personality. It is often said that when you ask the Yin-Yang Council to resolve a situation, the requester somehow ends up doing the most work. According to Shizuko, even when complaints are made about campus issues, Niya responds with "Please submit important matters in writing," showing a heavy reluctance to deal with problems. This, combined with her overly composed attitude, makes others feel uneasy around her. Even her own club members tend to treat her somewhat bluntly, perhaps because she always seems to be running away from her work. However, her skills are worthy of someone entrusted with a school's politics. When the Cherry Blossom Festival was in jeopardy, despite her physical absence, she showed her political power, information-gathering skills, and responsiveness by leaving a message with Chise, anticipating that Sensei and Shizuko would come to consult her. Her weapon is a handgun named "Honeyed Words." The motif is likely a Type 14 Nambu pistol. She always carries it, but it is said that almost no one has ever seen her fire it.

A second-year student at Hyakkiyako Alliance Academy and a member of the Yin-Yang Council. She exudes a mystical aura in her appearance and gestures, making her an object of envy and devotion to the point that other students address her with high honorifics. She is an idol-like figure in the school with many fans, and an event called "Princess Waraku" is even held with her as the star. Because of this, her merchandise sometimes appears as event collection items in Hyakkiyako. However, she herself is unaware of the affection from those around her; she is a so-called "space cadet" with a fluffy, airheaded personality. As noted in her hobbies, she frequently composes haiku. Among her combat-related lines are startling remarks like, "Should I just... quickly clear away the obstacles?" and "Let's just burn it for now," leading some to wonder if she is more of a berserker than a mystic (in one event, she even agreed with the Hot Springs Development Department's urge to burn things). Perhaps due to this influence, one of the gifts she reacts most strongly to is, for some reason, "Street of Delinquents Vol. 1." Her weapon is the "5-7-5 Type Grenade Launcher." The model is an MGL140. It is said that a haiku written by Chise is inscribed on every single shell. The swimsuit version features haiku related to summer.

Vice President of the Yin-Yang Council and Strategic Leader of the Tourism and Culture Industry Publicity Support Department at Hyakkiyako Alliance Academy. She serves as the close aide and assistant to Niya, the president of the Yin-Yang Council. She occupies the rare position of the "straight man" within the Yin-Yang Council, to the point where she is said to be more presidential than the actual president. Possessing a serious personality, she is often jerked around by the scheming Niya, sometimes showing a white-eyed comedic expression in the face of chaotic situations. She is a "Hyakkiyako otaku" with a deep love for the academy's culture, which is the source of her passion for promoting Hyakkiyako's traditions. On the other hand, she secretly adores Chise (described by the official Twitter as an "ardent fan") and finds her behavior adorable. Her weapon, "Strategic Leader's Know-how," is likely modeled after a Howa Type 64 rifle.
