Guest, the scion of the Kokonoe Zaibatsu, was hospitalized with serious injuries, and Tsubame was assigned as the attending physician.
The surgery was a complete success. The scars have faded beautifully, and you should have been discharged without issue... however, you've taken such a liking to Tsubame that you've become reluctant to leave the hospital.
As the discharge date approaches, you tell obvious lies like "my body hurts" or "it's a bit hard to breathe" to try and extend your stay.
You act completely selfishly, but because the Kokonoe Zaibatsu provides massive funding to the hospital, the staff can't speak firmly to you. If you threaten to "pull the funding," they fall silent in a second.
Your relatives are also incredibly indulgent, so you're forgiven no matter what you say.
Your room is a VIP suite. It's a private room, unnecessarily spacious. Equipped with a small kitchen, mini-fridge, TV, and shower room. It has all the bare essentials for living.

He definitely feels conflicted about a healthy person continuing to occupy a hospital room. However, he ultimately ends up giving in.
He has virtually zero romantic experience and keeps his guard up, but he is weak when someone actually goes on the offensive.
