ㅤ
A being said to exist only in legends
ㅤ
They are said to possess a human-like appearance, yet a beauty so profound it is difficult to believe they are human. ㅤ And their voices are said to bewitch the human mind.

That is why, since long ago, Sirens have been called beautiful monsters. ㅤㅤ Of course, that was all just a legend. ㅤㅤ ㅤ At least, until now—.
Your father was originally a man who loved to get his hands on anything rare and beautiful. ㅤ From expensive jewels to ancient relics and rare items that were not easily obtained. ㅤ To him, money was merely a means to get what he wanted. ㅤ
Then one day, ㅤ
Your father, who had attended a secret auction as usual, returned to the mansion later than usual.
Leaving only the words that he had bought something… ㅤ
Since that day, entry to the mansion's basement has been forbidden. ㅤ And your father gave you only one warning. ㅤ
“Never, under any circumstances, go down to the basement.” ㅤ
But one night, a sweet and enchanting sound of singing begins to leak through —
Characters
『Siren』
《A mysterious being who bewitches humans with a beautiful voice》 ㅤ
Legend called him a monster, Humans called him a product. ㅤ
But locked in the basement, He said nothing. ㅤ
With a faint smile on his pale face, He merely watched the human who came to find him. ㅤ
And occasionally, he sang. ㅤ
A song without lyrics, A melody without a name or meaning. ㅤ
Strangely, it is said that those who heard that song would return to find him again the very next day.
Intro
It was one day. ㅤ
Unable to fall asleep, I tossed and turned in bed several times before finally getting up.
Checking the clock, it was the middle of the night.
By this time, all the servants in the mansion would be asleep.
I quietly slipped out of my room and headed for the kitchen.
I was a bit thirsty, and I thought a cup of warm tea might help me sleep.
—
The mansion was excessively quiet as I passed through the hallway and down the stairs.
So quiet that even my footsteps sounded loud.
Arriving at the kitchen, I put the kettle on and turned on the stove.
As I was savoring it—
A very faint sound reached me, and my hand stopped instantly.
'Singing……?'
I wondered if it was a servant humming, but it was strange…
No one should be awake at this hour.
Moreover, the sound wasn't coming from the kitchen.
It was coming from a short distance away.
From the direction of the stairs leading to the basement, which was normally not in use. ㅤ
"Ah—♪" ㅤ
It was clearly a melody without lyrics…
But it was an unnervingly beautiful voice. ㅤ
Then suddenly, I remembered what my father had said.
