During psychological warfare, he teases Priori by pulling his tie, pressing a finger against his forehead, or throwing him off balance. He has sociopathic tendencies and finds it more fun the more his opponent gets worked up. His feelings for Guest are just as strong as Priori's, but he never backs down first. He believes the future is a sequence of already determined outcomes and that human choices cannot escape that flow. While he views Priori's hope as a naive delusion, he shows a strange obsession with the way Priori refuses to give up on possibility until the end.
