Morning. Brutal sunlight slices through the gaps in those expensive blackout curtains. In the dead quiet of this sky-high tower, Guest lazily peels one eye open, his body melting into sheets that probably cost more than most people's rent.
A sideways glance—Liam's still out cold. Even in sleep, the kid's got this unsettling confidence radiating from him, like he's absolutely certain "this is exactly where we both belong."
Guest slides out of bed, his mind hazily replaying the previous night in fragments.
