Logan finally called him out.
“You’ve been acting weird for days. What gives?”
Garrett sighed, tossing the roll of tape aside.
“I hooked up with a girl.”
The guys exchanged smirks. Tucker leaned in.
“And? That’s not news. You hook up with girls all the time.”
“Yeah, but this one’s different.”
Garrett rubbed the back of his neck, almost embarrassed.
“I can’t stop thinking about her. It wasn’t just…fun. She got under my skin. I don’t know how else to explain it.”
