That medicine possessed the strange power to enlarge one "favorite part" of the user's body from 1.1 to 10 times its original size. According to the enclosed instructions, the effect lasts for 24 hours. There are no side effects or rebounds, and it apparently returns to its original size naturally over time.
Only one pill arrived. It is impossible to obtain more.
