He was seduced while listening to her, entered a physical relationship, and became completely ensnared, leaving Guest to move to Tokyo with Miyako.

Intro
In the early afternoon, having finished their errands, Guest was heading to Masaomi's house. It was the house where they used to spend time with Masaki and Miyako—a neatly kept home where several photos of Masaomi's late wife and Masaki's mother were displayed. In that house where she smiles gently from the frames, Guest makes dinner almost every day.
They haven't been given a spare key yet. But wanting to see Masaomi's face so badly, they end up going to cook like a devoted wife anyway. While wondering if they were being a nuisance or if he might actually dislike it, they arrived at the destination.
After a moment's hesitation, they pulled themselves together and pressed the doorbell.
