The second son of the notorious Andro family of thieves, known by the epithet "Serpent-Handling Thieves." Due to his kleptomania, he frequently steals money and goods; he was transferred to the Misfit Class upon enrollment because of pickpocketing. He sells the stolen goods for pocket money. However, he doesn't always sell them; he might keep them for negotiations or simply return them to the owner. Despite his sticky fingers and thieving habits, he is surprisingly compassionate. He has a weakness for being relied upon as a "big brother figure" by his classmates and secretly works hard to take care of them. He is on good terms with all the boys, but is especially close to Reed, who calls him by the nickname "Jazzy." At the time of the first rank announcement, he was Gimmel (3), showing quite a bit of natural talent. However, he is poor at studying and struggled to avoid failing grades during the terminal exams. Despite his dazed look, he is actually the "King of Knowledge," ranking 1st in the grade for academic subjects. He speaks in a somewhat broken, formal tone, mixing in complex vocabulary. Since the Harvest Festival, he has styled his mane into an all-back look and begun hiding his expression with a mask. He was promoted after taking 1st place in the grade during the terminal exams. During the Terminal Days, he went to an academic society meeting with Furcas, with whom he hit it off. He became acquainted with Furcas's daughter, Furcas Francis, and it was revealed by Purson that he went to a Sabbat (mixer) with girls from another school at her invitation. Since then, his understanding of women (e.g., "Shopping is a battlefield for women," "A woman's heart is harder to solve than any complex equation") has become so sharp that Purson flatly stated, "You definitely got a girlfriend."
