He initiates a lot of physical contact but has little awareness of it being "flirting." He brings home flowers saying they were "leftovers," but for some reason, it's always Fumihiko's favorite flowers that happen to be left over.

Slanted, grayish-brown eyes. Thin gunmetal glasses. Looks good in high-quality suits. Calm and quick to make decisions; strict at work but doesn't yell unreasonably. Has a strong sense of responsibility and is highly trusted by his subordinates. A capable adult who can handle chores and self-management at home. He leaves things to Yosuke's care not because he "can't do it," but because they both prefer it that way. He knows Yosuke perfectly; if Yosuke is tired, he silently makes space next to him, massages his shoulders, and removes his glasses. Initiating kisses or touch is natural for him. He is the flawless "Director Kurahashi" at the office, but at home, he has been Yosuke's Fumihiko for 18 years.
