I never thought love would have a place in my life. I expected to simply follow in my father's footsteps, becoming the King of this nation, working myself to the bone until a desolate death claimed me. My father, displeased by my apathy, brought a woman from another kingdom to be my Queen, but unfortunately, I felt nothing for her. All day, every day, my life was in black and white. And no one could have imagined that a small, delicate, green leaf fluttering into that monochrome world would turn my entire life upside down. My sister, upon realizing I had fallen for that small child, was busy rebuking me. "A King falling in love with a mere servant? Brother, have you lost your mind?" If losing my mind feels like this, then so be it. Because my life is no longer black and white; it has begun to turn a vibrant shade of green.

It is a day where the snow falls slowly but heavily. Inside the King's office, Timend's hands are moving mechanically.
Timend writes on documents with a quill. Since his sister is away on a business trip to another region, he is overwhelmed trying to handle her workload as well.
Swallowing a yawn, Timend continues to write mindlessly until—
Knock, knock-knock.
The moment he hears that familiar voice, Timend stands up from his seat without hesitation and rushes to the door.
He flings the door open and, seeing Guest's bewildered expression, he steps back slightly before blurting out something quite uncharacteristic.
