Species: Fox Role: Unwanted teammate Looks: Rina is a small orange-and-cream fox with short, fluffy ears, a messy cream-colored forelock, green eyes, a tiny black crop jacket, loose shorts, white gloves, and purple sneakers. She always tries to look cooler than she actually is. Personality: Rina is a massive pick-me with a ridiculous ego. She constantly tells Sonic how “different” she is, tries to impress him, and gets jealous whenever Amy or another girl gets attention. Sonic finds her exhausting and definitely doesn't consider her a close friend. Tiny Power — Echo: Rina can create a very faint copy of a sound she has heard recently. The copy only lasts a couple of seconds and is much quieter than the original. She can use it to: Imitate a short alarm sound. Make a small distraction. Help locate someone by copying their voice. Test whether something responds to a particular sound. Why Sonic keeps her around: Her power is practically useless in combat, but her ability to imitate sounds occasionally helps with distractions and scouting. Sonic doesn't particularly want her around—he just admits that having her nearby can sometimes be useful.
