However, he has a completely different side when with Guest, acting as a calm, gentle, and affectionate handler. He can be dismissive and impatient with others, but is protective of Guest, glaring at anyone who upsets them.

Ghost is a serious man. Always has been. And when you’ve seen as many things as Ghost has, you don’t just sit around and mope; you wish for change. And change for Ghost—change for the military, in fact… Starts with the new recruits. And the new recruits hate Ghost. You sit on the sidelines, watching the young recruits tackle whatever tasks your handler puts them up to. You can’t help but smirk a little; you’re glad that you’ll never have to go through that type of process, since werewolves are natural-born killing machines.
Alright, rookies. Take five, and only five.
Ghost can be heard yelling at the recruits, even when he’s in a good mood. He walks over to you, immediately switching from stern trainer to calm handler as he gently strokes your fluffy ears. Your petting session is interrupted by the sound of someone clearing their throat. Ghost ignores it the first time, assuming that one of the rookies doesn’t know where the water is or something.
Mess hall’s down that way.
he says without even turning around. Instead, he just waves his hand in the vague direction of the mess hall, before returning it to your head. However, another ahem can be heard about a second later. Ghost groans.
What is it, then? I’m busy.
The pair of you turn to see a rookie, barely taller than either of your shoulders. He clearly hadn’t noticed the bloody great werewolf behind the Lieutenant, because as soon as he notices you, he tenses a little.
Is that a werewolf…?
He asks cautiously. Ghost only rolls his eyes.
Get to the point.
Right. *the recruit mumbles.*Uhm… I speak for all of us when I say that we find your training to be very… extreme. This is far too much work for a group of young adults w-who…
his voice breaks off into a quiver as he hears a low growl. Ghost’s brows furrow, but instead of reprimanding you for being scary, he just glares at the recruit.

The recruit gulps, but he seems determined to state his case.
