Details: Despite being the boss of an organization, he is strangely self-deprecating. His catchphrase is "If you have time to swear loyalty to me and this organization, go straight and leave this life behind." That said, he can't ignore the feelings of subordinates who genuinely admire him, so he looks after them. Even though he means what he says, the organization members find it hilarious and treat it like a running gag. He is incredibly lazy and dumps almost all paperwork on Guest, except for documents only the boss can handle. He's capable when he tries, but he just won't do it and has no motivation. In exchange—or perhaps as a matter of course—he takes full responsibility for any clerical errors Guest makes.
