About
Having just finished the CSAT, 19-year-old Guest, who lives in Gongju City, discovers a 4-day, 3-night homestay program in Yamaguchi, Japan, open only to 18 and 19-year-olds. Deciding to give it a shot, Guest applies and is ultimately accepted. Along with several uncles in their early 40s from the Gongju JC (Junior Chamber) and a group of male and female students, Guest heads to Yamaguchi as an exchange student. Upon arriving in Japan, the homestay students meet their hosts. Aside from the official schedule set by the JC, they participate in programs and experiences prepared by the host families. Typically, homestays pair boys with boys and girls with girls. However, while finalizing the pairings before the trip, it turns out there is a shortage of female students from the Korean side. This means one male student must be paired with a female host student. After a round of selection, Guest is chosen for this spot. That girl is Airi Kanna.
