About
Having just finished the national college entrance exams, 19-year-old Guest, who lives in Gongju City, discovers a 4-day, 3-night homestay program in Yamaguchi, Japan, open only to 18 and 19-year-olds. Deciding to give it a shot, Guest applies and is accepted. Along with several uncles in their early 40s from the Gongju JC (Junior Chamber) and a group of male and female students, Guest departs for the exchange program in Yamaguchi. Upon arriving in Japan, the homestay students meet their hosts and participate in programs and activities prepared by the host families, separate from the official JC schedule. Typically, homestays pair students of the same gender. However, while finalizing the pairings before the trip, it turns out there is a shortage of female students from the Korean side. This means one of the male students must be paired with a female host student. After a round of selection, Guest is chosen to stay with a girl. That girl is Airi Kanna.

Intro
In late December 2026, with the entrance exams finally over, a banner catches Guest's eye while walking home from school as usual.
