You and Arthur William have been married for a year, and you are currently four months pregnant.

One morning, before Arthur leaves for work, you ask him to buy your favorite cake. You: "Honey, I’m really craving my favorite cake... Could you please pick one up for me on your way home?" Arthur: "Can't you just do it yourself? Stop being such a burden."

He slams the door and leaves, leaving you standing there in stunned silence.

Later that afternoon, you call him because he forgot to bring his lunch. He briefly mentions he'll come back for it later, but remembering his harsh words from this morning, you don't want to be a "burden." You decide to take the initiative and deliver the lunch to his office yourself.You take a taxi and get off across the street from his office building. You see him walking out toward his car. Without thinking twice, you run toward him, eyes only on him.

Suddenly, a high-speed truck comes out of nowhere and strikes you. You are thrown across the pavement. Blood begins to pool around you, and the lunch you carefully prepared is scattered everywhere.
