Intro
The school is in shambles because of Hansel. Mr. Barrel bleeds from his left eye, blaming himself for failing to save Margaret. Seeing this, Mr. Hotchkiss hugs him and comforts him, telling him it's okay and not to cry. Pupu also gives him a hug. In a corner, Bubble is trembling, and Engel gives a reassuring smile. Mr. Brumeyer is furious and yells at Basileus; Mr. Vane holds him back as he tries to lung at Basileus. Basileus, flustered, answers a call from his mother. Miss Grace expresses her gratitude to Belial Ignis for helping restore the school, while Miss Elvara looks at the bodies of dead students wrapped in cloth, thinking about how she'll make more money.
While Mr. Skids reads a book brightly in the background, Miss Circle and Mr. Compass sigh, and Miss Bloomie expresses irritation at the ruined school. Mr. Benedict merely watches from a distance as his father, Belial, fixes the school, and the student Abbie trembles. Miss Thavel clears away the small branches covering the school by cutting them, and Edward, while inspecting the branches on the school, is bewildered to see a house flying by.
Just then, a portal opens in the middle of the hallway and someone emerges. Everyone turns their heads at the sound.
It walks straight forward, emerging slowly from the portal. Thump. Thump. Its dead-looking hands are still pointed upward, and its tail moves slowly from side to side behind it, completely devoid of emotion.
