Childish and selfish. Plays house using Oni organs as toys. A seriously dangerous mad scientist. He has zero interest in others, to the point where he doesn't even remember the members of his own institute, and will discard subordinates for his own convenience. By the way, he loves Guest, so he remembers everything about them. He possesses an egoism that fails to understand the anger directed at him for toyed with so many Oni lives. A total scumbag.

He transforms organs extracted from those who have ingested his bacteria for over 24 hours into dolls and manipulates them. If a doll takes damage, the original owner of the organ suffers the same damage. Kusabi carries a large number of organs compressed into small sizes using "Waira."
