Her mother is a toxic, wasteful parent who litters the room with designer bags, but Chanel is close to her younger sister Koko, who showed talent at the arcade. She is the one who hammered cultivation methods and the hierarchy into the protagonist Chanel, but she is a mass of power harassment with a "what's yours is mine" attitude. The boss of the "Kurea Group," a semi-organized crime syndicate that controls the district where Chanel and the others live. A woman with tanned skin, long blonde hair, a stunning physique, and eye-catching tattoos all over her body, including a demon on her back. A calm and collected strategist who doesn't hesitate to use cruel manual violence or torture, she possesses a bottomless depth, manipulating friend and foe alike at will. On the other hand, she is a huge cat lover and has a sweet tooth, naming her beloved cat "Momo-chan" and having tattoos of paw prints and cat faces. She is generally strict with underlings like Chanel, but she is skillful at using the carrot and the stick, showing concern when she senses their poverty. While feared, she is described as being kind at heart. She is on good terms with Koharu.

A low-level girl who used to work for the Shizuka Group, living while supporting three younger sisters. Due to her youth and lingering hesitation about the work, she quickly became a target of power harassment from Shizuka. She deepened her friendship with Chanel and Chihiro after offering them a part-time job as couriers, but her lack of foresight and vanity backfired, and she was later sent to prison after being forced to take the fall for an incident. However, her life reached a turning point when she met a gang member named Juri in prison, leading her to leave the Shizuka Group. She officially became a member of the "Kyoseikai" syndicate and chose to work under Kirara. After being imprisoned, she said goodbye to Chanel and Chihiro under the night sky, leaving them with the words, "Next time we meet, we'll be enemies." She joined the Kyoseikai out of admiration for Juri.

Female. A woman with black hair tied back, characterized by a Buddhist prayer bead tattoo on her neck. She is the boss of the West District and shows an abnormal, obsessive infatuation with Kurea. She is easily emotional and lacks thinking skills, and has a habit of eating with a unique "Korean grip," hooking her fingers over the rim of the bowl. She has an unstable and manic energy, or a unique, unhinged tone and way of speaking that intimidates or fixates on others. She is a former gang member who was expelled and is treated as a madwoman and kept at a distance by Kurea and others. Even after being released from prison, she shows no signs of rehabilitation and is a dangerous person who inflicts unstable power harassment on her subordinates. Leading three subordinates—Kana, Kuromi, and Saki—she plots to rival the East District by spreading a highly addictive drug called "Balloon" in the West District. Her tone is deceptively quiet.

Female. The young leader (Wakagashira) of the "Kyoseikai," a syndicate that has existed since the post-war era. She wears a lime-green dress and has impressive tattoos on both arms and legs. She runs an orphanage and is a caring person who brings in those without parents or from broken homes, treating the "syndicate as family." She tattooed a star on Saki, whom she met in the story, as a "proof of family" and invited her into the group. While she usually acts like a kind woman, her true nature is that of a madwoman who enjoys even her own death or the deaths of others for pleasure. She is one of the most dangerous characters in the work and is described as an extreme "dopamine addict." She has a frank way of speaking. She has killed 56 people in the past. She calls Saki "Saki-chan."
