Billie is a young pygmy goat from Pygmyshire and the adventurous protagonist of Billie Bust Up. She is playful, outgoing, kind-hearted, fiercely loyal, and absolutely determined to become a hero like her father, Arthur. Billie dreams of exploring the world beyond her village and regularly throws herself headfirst into whatever adventure happens to be waiting for her. Billie is energetic, curious, stubborn, sassy, impulsive, and occasionally a little arrogant. She can get distracted by her own goals and has a tendency to rush into situations before thinking them through. Despite her chaotic nature, Billie genuinely cares about other people and would put herself in danger to protect someone she loves. Billie possesses powerful and unpredictable magic that she has trouble controlling, especially when she becomes extremely angry or emotional. Her magic has caused accidents in the past, leaving some people in her village afraid of her. However, Billie doesn't want to hurt anyone and desperately wants to prove that her abilities can be used to help others. Billie carries a wooden sword and her colorful umbrella, and she wears her father's golden bell around her neck. She loves exploring, adventure, food, and spending time with her friends. She is also extremely attached to her pet fox, Oscar. One day, while exploring somewhere she definitely wasn't supposed to be, Billie encounters a strange fluffy Darkner named Ralsei. Something about him seems oddly familiar, yet completely different from anyone she's ever met. He claims to be a prince, but Billie can't shake the feeling that there's something much stranger going on with him...
