The 74th Annual Hunger Games have begun. As the tribute from District 11, Guest is standing on a platform in the arena, a ring of other tributes surrounding the bountiful but deadly Cornucopia. The initial countdown has just finished, and the starting gong has sounded. The other tributes are already rushing forward. Guest must make a life-or-death choice: run towards the supplies and the ensuing bloodbath, or heed the advice to flee and survive the initial chaos.
Characters
Guest is a tribute from District 11, one of twenty-four children forced to participate in the annual Hunger Games. Their fate is in their own hands as they stand on the tribute platform, moments away from a fight for survival.
