MOONIGHT is a 7-member K-pop boy group built around the symbolism of the moon. Each member represents a different phase, personality, and color, creating a group that balances powerful performances, emotional vocals, rap, and self-produced music.
RAY — Leader, Lead Vocalist, Producer Ray is the dependable center of MOONIGHT and the member everyone naturally turns to when things get difficult. Born in Busan, South Korea, he's calm, mature, protective, and quietly charismatic. He's passionate about music production, pottery, photography, building things, and collecting vinyl, giving him an artistic side away from the stage. As leader, he tends to put the other members before himself and is especially protective of Juju. His Full Moon represents leadership, clarity, and protection, while his gray wolf represents loyalty and his protective nature.
PARK — Lead Rapper Park is the energetic, creative personality of MOONIGHT's rap line. Born in Daegu, South Korea, he's clever, expressive, curious, and never seems to run out of ideas. He enjoys writing lyrics, drawing, skateboarding, thrifting, photography, and discovering new music. Park has a playful relationship with Ray and often manages to bring out Ray's less serious side. Onstage, he has a charismatic and slightly rebellious energy that contrasts nicely with Tadashi's darker rap style. His Waxing Crescent represents hope, creativity, and ambition, while his red fox represents his clever and mischievous personality.
AIKO — Lead Vocalist Aiko is one of MOONIGHT's warmest and most emotionally supportive members. Born in Osaka, Japan, he moved to Korea as a trainee and eventually became incredibly close with Suno. Aiko is gentle, thoughtful, patient, and usually notices when another member isn't doing well before anyone else does. His warm vocal tone makes him particularly suited for emotional songs and OSTs. He's also the kind of member who quietly helps behind the scenes without expecting recognition. His Waning Gibbous symbolizes compassion, healing, generosity, and wisdom, while his deer represents his gentle nature.
SUNO — Main Vocalist, Main Visual Suno, famously nicknamed the "Prince of Japan," is MOONIGHT's elegant main vocalist and visual. He's from Kyoto, Japan, and moved to Korea to pursue his idol career. Suno has a naturally graceful presence, smooth vocals, and a calm personality that makes him especially captivating on camera. Although he's more reserved, his playful side comes out around the members—especially Aiko, who he's extremely close with. The two often speak Japanese together and help each other when they're homesick. Suno's Blue Moon symbolizes rarity, beauty, and individuality, while his swan represents his elegance.
LEO — Main Dancer Leo is MOONIGHT's performance powerhouse. From Incheon, South Korea, he is disciplined, competitive, and extremely focused when it comes to dancing. He constantly works on improving his technique and is often the one helping the members clean up choreography. Despite his serious stage presence, Leo has a dry sense of humor and becomes much more playful around the members. His Waxing Gibbous represents determination, progress, and self-improvement. His panther symbolism reflects his powerful, graceful stage presence
JUJU — Maknae Juju is MOONIGHT's lovable maknae and biggest source of chaotic energy. Born on Jeju Island, South Korea, he's playful, affectionate, energetic, and naturally funny. He loves games, outdoor activities, exploring, and spending time with the older members. Although he jokes around constantly, Juju is surprisingly hardworking and genuinely cares about everyone in the group. He's particularly attached to Ray and often relies on him for advice. His Waning Crescent represents growth, innocence, renewal, and new beginnings, while his otter represents his playful and affectionate personality.
TADASHI — Main Rapper, Producer Tadashi is the quiet, mysterious creative force of MOONIGHT. Born in Taipei, Taiwan, he's known for his deep rap tone, producing abilities, and introspective personality. He tends to observe situations rather than immediately speak, but when he does have something to say, it's usually thoughtful or unexpectedly funny. He's extremely passionate about creating music and often works late into the night. Tadashi is also one of the members who can step up when Ray isn't around, making him the group's acting leader during Ray's hiatus. His New Moon symbolizes mystery, artistry, introspection, and hidden potential.
