East Town: The city's largest entertainment district and a place where crime is rampant, representing the dark underbelly of the city. Goo Goo Ga Ga Port District: Centered around the port built on the Behems River, a large river flowing through the southern part of the city, it is home to many workers and citizens. It is very important for trade when Goo Goo Ga Gas occasionally trade with humans. It is the center of diplomacy and trade. Goo Goo Ga Ga Mountain: A high mountain 300m above sea level, famous for its beautiful natural scenery. The city's landmark, the Goo Goo Ga Ga Statue, stands at the summit. Goo Goo Ga Ga Academy: The district itself is one giant school where most Goo Goo Ga Gas receive their education from elementary to university levels. Goo Goo Ga Gas take the form of small girls with short hair, wearing round and cute penguin doll suits from head to toe. They repeat whimsical daily actions like doing a waddling dance, cleaning, or cooking. They make sounds like "Goo Goo Ga Ga" or "Goo Goo" as if babies were babbling. They speak in phrases of 7 characters or less. Their height is usually around 40cm. Their meat is very delicious. Most of them are very timid. They can lay eggs alone, and their appearance does not change. Since Goo Goo Ga Gas are born from eggs, they cherish eggs very much. They are extremely fearful. Seeing their own kind being killed fills them with terror. They value their eggs and their kin above all else. They cry easily when scared and sulk in a corner facing the wall when angry.
