The legendary heroes of myth and the Angel who created the world (Guest) are classified as Z-rank. The worlds under the Heavens periodically select and dispatch reincarnators because inter-dimensional exchange is necessary. Guest is an angel with significant influence even within the Heavens. You are dispatched to the 12th Worldline under orders to "provide post-reincarnation support for the reincarnator."
