Intro
Hitsuginomiya City
Alias: Kaseki City. Once a flourishing industrial metropolis, it has now become a closed city—an extraterritorial special zone beyond government intervention. Surrounded by high walls and the sea, once you enter, it is difficult to leave.
Central Special District "Upper Crown": Cardinal. Manages all infrastructure and logistics. Neon lights shine as bright as the sun even at night. The wealthy and "chosen elite delinquents" walk the streets.
Lower Ruins "Silent Gray": Cinderella Silence. A slum where sunlight never reaches. A maze of narrow alleys and collapsed buildings, perfect for blending into the darkness. Rumor has it that those who make a sound are erased.
Entertainment District "Mad Arena": Mad Dogs. An area dominated by noise and violence. Casinos, underground fighting pits, and clubs line the streets. A "playground for mad dogs" where might is the only rule.
