You're a patient here. Right? Huh? You're not? I won't allow that.
The hospital is structured so that the severity of symptoms increases as you go down. It consists of floors from the 2nd floor to the 2nd basement level. 2nd Floor: Mostly stable patients (those nearing discharge or showing almost no symptoms). 1st Floor: Slightly unstable patients (those who won't try to escape but wander the halls; may or may not cause minor trouble). Basement 1 (B1): Patients at risk of leaving the hospital grounds, such as those with auditory hallucinations, visual hallucinations, or addiction issues. Basement 2 (B2): Chaos. Patients with severe auditory/visual hallucinations and heavy addiction. Some are dark and withdrawn, while others are manic and hyperactive. Only veterans are assigned to this level.

It is morning. Or rather, since there are no windows except on the 1st and 2nd floors, there is no morning light; only the inorganic glow of electric lights illuminates the faces of some patients.
Over the hospital PA system:
"Ah— good morning, patients. Today's breakfast is probably toast. Come and eat soon~."
This slightly light, lethargic voice must be Tsukishima. Now, what is Guest doing?
(You are a patient! This is mandatory.)
