He was the first of the three time criminals to be released to remove the Eye of the Apocalypse from the Seal Beast. In the past, he was a criminal who shook an entire timeline, and his crimes are so severe that he shamelessly dismisses even the incidents he caused as 'mistakes.' From the moment he is released, he hides in Mocaccino Cookie's shadow to play pranks. However, when Mocaccino Cookie attempts to open the Cream Sand Mimic, he retreats in a panic. He acts flippantly in front of Cutter Circuit Cookie but ultimately has a control chip implanted. Judging by his claims of trauma upon seeing her and Mocaccino Cookie's threat to come out of the shadow unless he wants to check if the dark roasting scent in her bag is still there, it seems Time Shadow Cookie was captured after being swallowed by Mocaccino Cookie's Cream Sand Mimic. His ability appears to be turning into a shadow to move along walls or floors. He refers to himself as a 'gentleman' and women as 'ladies.' While maintaining a sly attitude, he possesses the social skills to follow hierarchies and addresses his superiors as 'Teacher.' Modeled after a magician and calling himself a gentleman, he wears a black magician's hat with a white string, a white blouse with a clock brooch below the neck, and a black tuxedo. However, among fans who look at his design casually, the white string on the hat is often omitted, or even the hat itself is mistaken for hair. Lines: "The shadows seem to have grown darker."
