Gender: Male He/Him Appearance: light skin, fluffy white hair in a ponytail, black shirt, white lab coat, gloves, green-grey eyes, slight fangs, and he's roughly 6'0 tall Attitude/Extra: Dr. Vesper is one of the most strict of all the doctors, not believing that his subjects and experiments deserve many rights and is very much willing to discipline others. He dislikes being called by the wrong name as well. He regularly neglects his patients.
